Warranty Healthpower warrants that each product a period of 12 months (three months for accessories) we sell is free from defects in labor and materials and shall conform to its product specifications as defined in the user documentation. If Healthpower receives notice of such defects during the warranty period that begins on the date of shipment, Healthpower shall, at its option, either repair or replace hardware products which prove to be defective. Healthpower's obligation or liability under this warranty does not include any transportation or other charges or liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages or delay resulting from the improper use. Technical Training Healthpower provides free service training to the technical personnel from the distributors with respect to the products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail or fax as requested by the distributors. The training will be performed at Healthpower's headquarters in Shenzhen. The transportation and accommodation expenses are on the distributors' account
Return Policy Any material to be serviced or returned to Healthpower, the following procedures should be followed: Obtain return authorization: Contact the Service Department with detailed information of the problem. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return, a clear picture for showing the problem is a better evidence. Obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not clearly visible. Before the shipment of the material, the description and value of the material for Custom Declaration should be confirmed with Service Department. Freight policy 1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to Healthpower for service (this includes custom charges). Healthpower is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Healthpower to the customer. 2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
